YOUR RETURN

One or more items in your order do not suit you? We are happy to receive your return within 30 days for any reason. In case of return of your entire order, a deduction of 1,50EUR will be applied on the refund (handling and transaction costs).

Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the European Union.

Orders with a "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion cannot be returned or refunded.

Items at 30% off or more during sales periods are final sales and are not refundable.

Return shipping costs are not covered and are not refunded.

To make a return from France:

Pack your return in its original package, or any other packaging.
Include a piece of paper with your order number in your return package.
Go to a post office or to laposte.fr
Indicate your sender's details, then indicate in the recipient's details the address of our returns management office: Vaymode, 2 rue du pilier, 93300 Aubervilliers, France
Drop off your return at a post office.

To make a return from another European country:

Pack your return in its original package, or any other packaging.
Insert a paper with your order number in your return package.
Go to your national post office, or to the website of your national post office.
Indicate your sender's details, then indicate in the recipient's details the address of our returns management office: Vaymode, 2 rue du pilier, 93300 Aubervilliers, France
Drop off your return at the post office.


YOUR REFUND

Immediate refund after receipt of the return.

For reasons of hygiene, the articles worn or having assimilated a personal perfume cannot be the subject of a refund. Our team reserves the right to inspect these conditions.

YOUR ORDER AND PROCESSING TIME

We process your order within 24 hours after its validation (excluding weekends and holidays). The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery method chosen. We do not guarantee the delivery time which is for information only.

We are not able to guarantee the cancellation of your order, whether the request is made within 24 hours or not.
